At PoshPockets, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, here’s what you need to know:

✅ Eligibility for Return

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, accessories, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

💸 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• For COD orders, we’ll refund via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the previous item if eligible.
